Inner Bliss is amazing… even after practicing regularly for 3+ years, it always amazes me when a tough yoga class ruins me!
I LOVE Inner Bliss – they are a fabulous studio ( just out of my price range since Mike is currently in law school!) I’d love to win!!
The minute I stepped into IB, I immediately felt at home. The teachers are so supportive, friendly and warm and I love the personal attention that they give.
My favorite pose would have to be pigeon. I love the release I feel after holding the pose for a length of time. So freeing!!!
Yoga is great for strengthening your concentration while also building muscle. Everyone should give it at least a few tries.
On a cold and snowy day in the winter of 2006, I walked into my first studio yoga class. I was immediately embraced by the warm room and comforted by the smell of incense. As I laid my mat down on the wooden floor, I was a little unsure what to expect, but already felt the troubles and stress of the day were left at the door. As I moved through my vinyasa, I felt my breath come to life and be present in a way it had not been before. After years of dealing with the stress of school, friends, money, job searching and relationships, my breath was finally awake in body. It was this moment that I realized yoga was the missing element in my life that I could no longer live without. Since that time, I continue to maintain a strong yoga practice. I am continuously motivated by my yoga community and am grateful that I found yoga in my life.
Yoga is such an awesome way to take a little time to focus on yourself. I like that it seems to target all the little pains I rack up at work like my lower back and neck and legs, but also gives a release mentally through the final meditations at the end of class. When I first started up I was hesitant, especially being a dude, haha, you don’t want to be the bearded creeper that looks like an idiot doing the poses! After your first class you realize how welcoming everyone is and that everyone is so focused on themselves and the instructor that your insecurities quickly drop off. Thanks for the opportunity to win this pass, I haven’t been to a yoga class since moving home to Cleveland this summer and I’m look forward to getting back into it at Inner Bliss. Also thanks for the awesome site, it has been a great way to jump back into Cleveland!
As a newbie to yoga, I really love the spirit of Inner Bliss. The classes, the teachers, the studio, everything is really encouraging and welcoming. And my favorite pose is plow! Love it.
I have been wanting to start going to yoga classes, but have been hesitate going by myself. I have a couple dvd’s that I bought and love doing yoga – would be great in a class setting.
With the crazy hustle and bustle of the holiday season, stepping into Inner Bliss is so calming, peaceful, and warm in comparison to the cold outside. As one who often has a hard time with peaceful relaxation, I’m up for the challenge of committing to more yoga time in the new year. My favorite pose would have to be pigeon…such a great stretch!
There is nothing that feels quite as good as a hot powerful flow class with Tammy!
always wanted to try yoga…been told it would be good for my back and my less then stellar balance. can i win even if i was the subject of your day one giveaway? fingers crossed.
I’ve only tried yoga 3 or 4 times. All have been at Inner Bliss and I’ve loved each class. I’m trying to establish a weekly routine of yoga so this gift would help kickstart that nicely!
I love Inner Bliss! I love doing yoga because it makes me concentrate on breathing and what I am currently doing, and forgetting about everything else going on in my life. Because of the cost, I currently do the yoga classes at my gym which is cold and loud. I love the warm, soothing rooms at Inner Bliss. What a great gift!
I love this studio. Unfortunately I almost never get any yoga in, but I only have myself to blame. I get lazy. : (
i took a yoga class after i got divorced and it made me so peaceful when i felt like i was going to lose it… thanks charity for reminding me how much i need it still now…and i just made it my new years resolution-just need to figure out what class to take!! ommmmmmm :
I’ve been away too long after that stupid back injury! It’s still a challenge for me to do some of the moves, but I’m getting stronger thanks to my new spinning teacher ;) and would love to have an even better excuse to head back to Inner Bliss!
I love Inner Bliss. I always feel so much better after a class even if it kicks my butt. I work out all the time but nothing feels quite like yoga.

For me, yoga is like a glass of red wine, a deep-tissue massage, and a therapy session all in one! The way I feel after one class is amazing! The world seems brighter… :)
